LDS Pastor Charged with Sexual Abuse of Foster Daughters

David Schaper, 31, a youth pastor with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and a Cub Scout Leader, has been arrested on charges of sexually abusing three girls aged two to nine who were foster children in his care. He is being held in jail on $125,000 bond.
